Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while we provide the best possible care.
Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health
During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. Then one of our doctors will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.
Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these to your first appointment
- Your completed patient registration forms
- Your insurance card
Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!
The American Dental Association recommends a visit to your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit our office, please remember your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review the about us page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process. Please contact our office via phone or through our website to request availability. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you find that you must change your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice so that we may make every effort to accommodate other patients. If proper notice is not received, a $75 fee may be charged for every appointment canceled.
Your appointment is scheduled to allow for enough time to provide the best service for you. Patients who arrive late for their appointments may have to be rescheduled.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most dental insurance plans and will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan and let us know if you have any questions about your coverage. The insurance contract is an agreement between you and the insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for all charges. We cannot guarantee that any coverage estimated by your plan will be paid once a claim is filed.
Payment for services, including deductibles and copayments, is due at the time of the service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. Payments may be made using cash, check, or credit card.
Payment Options
The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and your payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for yourself.
For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, and most major credit cards. We also offer the flexibility for you to pay in person, online, via mail or over the phone. Please see our Front Office Coordinator for details.
